What’s the point of dry January?
So, what is the point of setting ourselves goals? I started dry January early this year on 26th December as I flew to Jaipur on 26th January and wanted to be able to have a drink in India.
What difference has achieving my goal made? Well, 31 dry days later I’m 7lbs lighter, and feel amazing. I’ve run 53 miles so of course that will certainly have contributed to the weight loss. I’m sleeping and eating well as my liver has detoxed.

Setting goals such as dry January helps to keep us focused and when we have focus we can achieve anything.
